Customer Planted Guarantee
Frank Otte Nursery & Garden Center guarantees: trees, shrubs, and evergreens planted by our customers for a period of 90 days from date of purchase provided that the Otte Planting Instructions are followed.
Simply return dead plant along with original receipt to the tore where purchased and we will cheerfully replace plant, or if replacement plant is not available at that time we will issue a store credit for 100% of the price you paid for the plant.
Credit will not be issued without dead plant and receipt. Guarantee applies only to original plant purchased and does not cover sale and clearance plants. Guarantee also does not cover roses, annuals, and tropicals.
Otte Planted Guarantee
Frank Otte Nursery & Garden Center guarantees: trees, shrubs, and evergreens planted by us for 1 full year from date of purchase provided reasonable attention and care were given to plants. Guarantee provides a one time replacement for each plant installed. Guarantee does not cover extreme acts of Mother Nature including excessive ice, wind, fire and more.
